Chris Foerster. Keeping in Eric Pears and Jordan Devey for more than half the season while your QBs get killed deserves being banned from the NFL.

St Coach is the next to go. I should say NEEDS to go.

his first choice in Ellington went backwards most of the year, so many ST penalties....at elite level sport everyone is good, so confidence is the last 5% that can make the difference...

McCoach was all to willing to throw people under the bus, and do it publically.

one good play all year is a stop field goal that actual hurt the overall team.... lowers the draft pick.... OMG

Chryst, along with much of the o-staff is going to be fired, so I'm not worried about that. After them, it's gotta be Mangini.

His scheme is outdated and sucks.

I want Trent Baalke Fired.

- Numerous Draft Blunders has led to one of the least if not Least talented rosters in the NFL.

Sure, there were unexpected retirments and free agent defections but where are the 40 wasted draft picks from 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015? Where's the quality cornerstones building blocks?? Zero nothing nada zilch.

Baalke is the quintessential egomaniac that lived off the results of other people's work. The team was built by McCloughan and led by Harbaugh, there were things he did well but he's not as key as the other 2 individuals mentioned. The single biggest mistake Jed made was take Baalke's side, the politics Baalke played kept him in the organization. I hope he gets fired soon but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make it to 2017.

Baalke- I'm not seeing enough early or late round "gems" to keep up with the top GM's in the division. Every team loses players but their "next man up" doesn't seem to lose too much or at least as much as the Niners do with their subs.The longer he stays the further back the Niners fall.
