Not enough teaching:
#49ers NaVorro Bowman said he told jumping-offsides teammates to watch the ball "about 50 or 60 times."

Again, stuff like this, shouldn't these players KNOW that. Hasn't changed since high school football.

Yeah but the coach needs to bench them when they make dumb mistakes. These guys aren't afraid of making dumb mistakes.

Translated: There are 454 49er fans suddenly convinced that they'll be sick if Yo Gabba Gabbert is named as a starter for next season.
Me included
453. Ain't nothing wrong with our quarterbacking. Look elsewhere.
Let me see how you feel after the game.
Same way. Almost every position group is more sub par than Gabbert. Draft Best Player Available, including a back up qb, and Most Importantly, get a Smart Offensive coaching staff. I see no limits on Gabbert's ability, if developed properly.
Dayum! I need me a pair of them rose-colored glasses you got on!
Where's the limits? He's got size and athleticism almost the equal of Kaepernick. He reads the defenses and makes quick, accurate decisions. Unlike his reputation in Jacksonville, he's demonstrating toughness. He has a strong arm and can make every throw. He can pass with touch. He seems to be a leader that inspires his team. He's a top 10 overall pick. There is no quarterback you can draft that you can be confident will be better at these skills than Gabbert, especially reading defenses and making quick, accurate decisions, which is not well tested in college ball. Get a Shula or other top OC for HC, and build a team around him.
You don't have to sell me on those rose-colored glasses my friend. I'm already scanning Amazon looking for a pair just like yours.
