We've seen that the slide play was a staple of Geep's offense,especially when Kap was at the helm. Look at Joe work this play....utter cool in the face of pressure and Rathman being the badass he is.

Has bruce miller done this or something similar? Not sure if im reading/watching this right...plus dont recall him being a pass reciever

We've ran a variation of slide a ton this year. I'd say it's just behind shallow cross in terms of concepts run this year. Based on formation it can be a WR, TE or FB going to the flat.

Hahaha! Sorry y'all! Unfortunately, I've been super, super busy this week. On top of my full time job, my wife and I are in the final stages of purchasing a home and trying to work out a construction loan on said home. As well, I was helping our local school out with a Christmas, "angel" progrsm, where we can ananymously get some kids in the school who are in need and provide gifts and necessities to. We just finished that up today. All that being said, I also was highly unmotivated to watch film this week. I've only had a few minutes here and there to post in the forums. Not just you, that was mine and Thl's biggest complaint after the Vikings game. You couldn't see anyone's numbers. It made it really tough to distinguish who was who. The hardest was Vance McD and Garrett Celek. You can pick out TS because of his WR stance and Boldin looks like a TE compared to the other guys.

That's Boldin at the very top, Vernon Davis below him(you can tell by how he runs routes, his arms always stick out and he runs with open hands), then, it's either McD or Celek in the backfield and the other at the traditional TE spot. This was one of our 3 TE sets.

Gabbert sucked so much that not even Jonnydel is willing to watch it again.
