I seriously dont get it... Is the front office too impatient? i mean Jim Harbaugh has one bad season and he is fired.. Kaepernick to follow him.. I mean the panthers and cam newtwon were 3-7-1 last year.... this same team is now undefeated.. and no one was cutting cam newton at that time.. Tony Romo... would have been cut so many times if he was in a niners uniform.. Phil Rivers is the same story, not every season he put the Chargers in the playoffs..

Harbaugh wasn't fired for having a bad season. And Kaepernick has been put on injured reserve. What will happen remains to be seen.
