Nah this coaching staff doesn't make adjustments. If Kaep broke his league tomorrow, Tomsula would proclaim him the starter next week.

Not necessarily falling the team, coaching staff and franchise in general just sucks

No bro, it fell when the owner and GM fired a winning coach.

The Phoenix thread is well worth the read if you haven't yet. His idea of hiring a group or several guys to help hire a GM...ie make a suggestion of getting a VP of operations to make all football decisons, instead of Jed( or whoever in the family is making these decisions). The VP of Operations would have the final say in all things relating to 49er football. He would get the GM, the HC, and so on, plus advise in the draft...ie, taking all decision making out of Debartolo hands.

Names suggested included Pioli, Casserly, Gruden, Dungy, and ....you get the drift. It's an idea, and probably what we should be doing. Leaving the decisions to jed...should be in the hands of a seasoned football man. Just an idea.

agree. alot of things i thought were going to work out did not, there really is not much more to say. few positives ,team qb regressing, very very poor coaching, injuries, very very poor sloppy, undisciplined play. you just have to ride out the season because the powers to be have shown no ability or even a want to make any changes to improve anything in our team., you can only say you are upset, disheartened and mad so many times, you can only say you hate trent , jt and jed so many times. our team has hit the wall and I do not think there is anything that can be done about it this year. they knew the o line was s**t and they do nothing and again yesterday,,, ahh forget it
