The facts don't lie.
York, Paraag, Guido etc. are masters at this "bait and switch" scheme.
Nah. Winning is profitable.

IMO, they've put pride ahead of winning.

I doubt anyone who coughed up the big money for seat licenses and season tickets at Levi Stadium thought they would have to endure this mess the very next season. It borders on fraud if you ask me and I think it was planned. The early poll returns are shocking to me, I guess those that think the Yorks will spend their way out of this mess are more vocal than those that think they are too cheap.
I'm sure they'd like to win. But I don't think they'd do whatever it takes to accomplish that.
They always have. They always will.

Team is doomed until it is SOLD.
  • Profits not shared to the NFL (concessions,Gear), How do you get those profits ?, Need a good team to get people in the stadium
  • Coaches, Harbaugh was the only available coach that was available and worthy of trying to get..the timing of getting a good coach wasn't there since Mooch
  • The best way is to build through the Draft, We had great players..but those guys get old. So that means there will be turnover especially if they all leave at once

There is no way to get profit without winning (getting people in that stadium and consume)

idk...TS collects a pretty penny also
Bob, I think you are overthinking this if you think this was a conspiracy or fraudulent intent. I think it was just plain old incompetence of first Dr. John, and then his young son. Think about it. NO skills in this kind of massive adventure, no foundation in "how to". I think they just made one incompetent hire after another....oh, what all those initial guys had in common...they were all DCs or had been mainly D experience. I think they just bumbled along, Jed learning as he went. He was damn young when he got this toy. Now, I believe they want to win and will spare no cost. Losing 9 starters (or was it 10), many of whom were all pro, is just a huge loss and even tho several were injured, I don't think we as fans really thot that thru. No way in hell should we have expected to be great this yr, particularly with an iffy Qb, who, it turns out, is NOT a franchise Qb. I hope either he or gab can be a bridge Qb, but the way kap has been going, he won't be starting much longer.

The product on the field is embarrassing and I believe Jed feels that, maybe not his folks...I dunno. I think he wants the best he can get. We need 10 starters, maybe 11, and that is a tall order. Between IR and guys hanging it up , or just leaving like AD, this has been a massive shift from gifted to sadly in need type of team. Realistically, we are not a playoff team in 2016 either. Too many major holes. I hope we get it all started this yr but see 2017 as our legit yr to return to playoffs. Meantime, wholesale coaching will change and not until Jed realizes that the HC has to be an OC will we be on the right track. So , no, I don't think this was a conspiracy or attempt to dupe us.
