I would say Martin. His rookie season was awful but you should say he was growing pains so there no way is his fault until you realize he keeps making same mistakes such as bad snap, floating around, being soft, etc. He's definitely a bust but Baalke would never let one of his draftees be benched cuz his pride as GM would be tainted.

Second place would be Mangina because he seems to be a guy who's a step ahead of any coach by exploiting offense's flaws but is just a fool.

The rest is no surprise for me: Tomsula would never fill the shoes Harbaugh left, Foerster was awful on his first stint w SF & WSH, Logan was announcer so why bother to ask, Chryst not worthy to mention, Devey and Pears would on the street after Week 3...of preseason!!, Bush is just like LaMike James cuz he doesn't fit on this team, VD is done and the rest are MEH

I would say a better question is who has performed well? That's another thread I know, but gads, talk about mass chaos and pandemonium. To be honest, our DC is substandard, our OC is fair, and JT is in charge of this schidtstorm. OL, QB, DL, LBs, DBs, now RBs, one TE, Anquan slowing...wow what is there that is good?
