That is the issue. Jed, John, Denise.....they have to agree to a more hands-off policy and trust someone with NFL credibility and experience building a team to run the football operations and not interfere with them. That is the only way this team is going to build a consistent long-term winner.

He doesn't have to admit to anything. I couldn't care less about that......just go out and make the changes happen. He can justify it however his ego allows him to, as long as the changes got made and you had better leadership at the very top, I'd be fine with whatever BS he was peddling but I don't see it happening.

We all know that being cool with reporters is important in coaching. Otherwise they will write mean things and my feels will be sadz.

If that's the case, I do believe he will try hard. As much crap as I talk on here, I really do believe that losing to the Cawks gets under his skin... losing last year's home opener was another one. Jeb might be young and foolish, but I do believe he wants the team to succeed. He's just getting all this heat because we suck after letting go of Harbaugh.

I think we can watch the 49ers for (sad) comedy. Why else would anyone want to watch this team.
Ownership, GM, coaches...why even talk to these fools. Everyone knows these jokers and their answers...one losing effort after another.
Watch something else on Sunday. David Carr for example, is playing great and at least the game is interesting.
