Baalke's 5 year plan: Is the team on an upward trend or downward spiral?

Most GMs ask for a 5 year time frame to implement a plan for success. With a downward trend, getting outscored 107-28 the last 3 games and not getting better, has the plan failed? Baalke is lucky to get the 5 years, most don't.

Baalkes record as GM: 51-32. I'd say that's pretty good. After a terrible offseason that had a lot of events out of his control, I'd say he deserves atleast another 2 years.

It was the opposite 2 years ago. No reason to think it can't change 2 years from now. We have plenty of picks for next year's draft, so he has a chance there.

Joan from payroll is also 51-32 and so is Pat the custodian. So? They are 1-4 and getting blown out without the Head Coach that won those games.

Downward trend: How about 28th in Defense in the league in points and about the same on Offense and with no improvement in sight? What part of the plan is going ro help turn this ship around?

The reality is that JT will be fired.Either this year or next year. What head coach worth anything will come to this team with this circus FO. There has to be new blood with coaching connections. Once we do that, the planngets pushed back 3 more years. So he's supposed to get a 8-9 years plan?

Wasn't sure how long he's here. Just checked. Trent is signed through the 2016 season.

Jed is way too cheap to fire him and owe him money. So he's hear for another year.

Trent will prob pin the s**tty season on Jimmy TomSula and promote Mangina to HC. Find a new OC and DC.
