You know, Tomsula strikes me as the boss you would do anything not to let them down. And he's all genuine, you gotta respect that.

This. He is always himself, you don't get the feeling that he's just telling you what you want to hear. I wasn't a fan of the move to hire him as a head coach but he's a great dude, very humble, very gracious, its hard not to like him.
