Then Lawarnce Phillips would have never been on the team to miss that block.
Could have had Young, Watters, Rice, and another WR they got for trading TO for another 5 years.

Watters left before the 1995 season, and Owens was drafted in 1996. They had Loville after Watters, and then Kirby and Hearst. Phillips didnt come until 1999 to fill in for Hearst being out with the injury. Your timing is a bit off with these moves.
Theres no way they couldve known Owens was that good, or that much of a headcase that early anyways.
