In the Westfield mall (a couple blocks from Union Square) there is a 49ers team store.
Honestly in SF in July there won't be much niner-related things to do as the city will be in baseball mode. Even if you're not a big baseball fan I would look in to going to a Giants game. Beautiful stadium and awesome atmosphere there.
