Just an FYI to season ticket holders. The 49ers and TicketMaster have decided to place some limitations on your tickets that you supposedly own. "As a reminder, Levi's® Stadium now exclusively features mobile and electronic ticketing for all 49ers home games. You can now access and manage your game tickets and parking directly from a mobile device or personal computer. Conveniently scan your tickets or parking passes for entry at the game, or easily forward them to a friend directly from the Levi's® Stadium app. SBL Members preferring to have a paper ticket in hand for entry at the game may print their tickets or parking passes directly from a computer using Account Manager. Print functionality will be enabled 72 hours prior to each home game." Basically you can only transfer through TicketMaster to another TicketMaster account who also can't print until 72 hours before the game. Or you can sell on NFL TicketExchange. Seems to be a move to limit your ability to sell on secondary markets like StubHub or even give out hard copies of your tickets to friends and family. What are your thoughts and feelings on this? I don't even know if this is legal. I'd imagine StubHub brings another lawsuit because of this. Wonder if STH's can also sue, seems like you don't really own these tickets and they waited until after payment to announce these changes.

The Levis Stadium App that has your tickets on it requires network connection to get your tickets. The cell towers are usually worthless at the entry gates. A few times last year I had the same issue as sincal. Had the ticket ready on the walk in, then got to the gate and the app decides to attempt to redownload the tickets. But there was no data available. Pretty stupid idea actually.

You should always screen shot your tickets before you get there. I learned this lesson at a festival that said I could use my phone and then ended up with zero connectivity available.

Yeah, I don't know where he got that only working on wifi idea. I never connect to wifi and the app works fine. I don't even connect once I'm inside. My LTE works way better/faster than their wifi.

You could sell a screen shot of a ticket and text them the pic after you receive a pay pal. OF course that means you're inviting strangers a little more into your life than places like stubhub do, but there's always a way.

Ah. They handle the transfer of money and you can only sell through them??
You can't just get money from your friend and transfer it? Weak.

Sounds like an anti-trust type legal issue. FTC might look into it.
