Baalke should not be concerned about Kaepernick being successful on an AFC team. He should be trying to get the most for him.

This! Who cares about another team. Whoever has the best offer that will help OUR team should be the only thing they are worried about. Once he is on another team, whether or not he is successful affects me in no way. The only way it would affect me (us) is if that pick is conditional based off of his play; in that case, I would be cheering him on.

The quote is best the point. I agreed it.

That's Boone for you. When Harbaugh was here, Boone was all over his jock, but the second Harbaugh leaves, Boone is throwing shade. Whatever. He's a Viking, so who cares?

When was Boone over Harbaugh's jock?

And do you not think the fact that Harboo left for Michigan played any part in Boone's (a Buckeye) opinions?

Boone in 2014:

"I'm really kind of sick of everybody talking about my coach, especially because he's like a brother to me," Boone said after Sunday's victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, per Pro Football Talk. "So if I were everybody I'd just keep their mouth shut because they don't want me coming after them. Especially Jay Glazer, Deion, all these guys. I'm kind of sick of it. Leave my coach alone."

Boone in 2015: "Harbaugh wore out his welcome."
Kap for a 2nd and full alleviation from financials would be clean slate enough.

No matter where he goes, SF will be his new Green Bay...

It can't work here, given his attitude. Must move on and not look back, it's the right move. If he goes on to be successful, it still in hindsight, would be the correct decision...his attitude won't allow him to ever perform here.

What was the context of the second quote?

Was he speaking from the heart about his own feelings toward him, or about his place w/the 9er FO?
The Kaep debacle just needs to end. He doesn't want to be here and we are playing hard ball, which we should be. Kaep, you either get your s*** together and compete for the starting job, or get benched/deactivated on game day, losing a whole playing year as you reach 29 years old in November. Cutting you is inevitable at the end of 2016 so maybe one of these teams just sits and waits for that to happen, but doubtful given the shortage of NFL starting QBs right now.

Please Baalke make a trade happen since we aren't going to sign anyone else in FA with all that loot, and this will be the highest profile transaction before the draft!

Has one player said anything positive about Kaep that's left? Honest question.
You are still on the team

Crab and Boone for sure. Of course everyone here took Gores compliment of Luck having more command over the offense than any QB he's ever played with as taking a shot at Kap. I think he was obviously complimenting Luck more than trying to throw every QB he's ever played with under the bus, but anything that can possibly throw negative light on Kap is taken and ran with here.

So, not much positive about Kap? More negative from his teammates?
Shouldn't we trade Kaepernick during the draft to see how the board falls and see who is or isn't there? Or Maybe Qbs fly off the board forcing the broncos to raise there offer
