I think what Warner is trying to say is because of the coaching and player turn around on the teams he's been on for his first 5 seasons it's going to take another few years with a good coach and players if he's going to be good. Clearly it's not going to happen in SF if Kap wants out.

Bring back Davis, resign boone, draft OL with 1st or 2nd. If he still stinks insert Gabbert or maybe manziel.

Yeah realistically hes not going to be given 5 years to develop. If he doesn't perform this year hes gone for sure, and if he doesn't play well for another team, hes got to take a pay cut and be a backup or else hes out of the league

All 3 qbs would be good in kellys offense if they have TIME!!!!!!!!!

Where there's smoke there's fire. Whether or not Kap's people leaked this or the 49ers did, I think its clear he's not coming back.

Kap isn't even going to have time to learn the playbook. The 49ers have to make a call on him before April 1st when his contract of $11m+ is guaranteed. By league rules coaches can't give players playbooks until April 4th.

Kap said in an interview he thought by signing the contract he did would give the team extra money at the time to sign guys like Gore, Iupati and Crabtree to help the team. They signed none and brought in worse players. Fire all the good coaches and promoted horrible ones. Plus I believe his injuries were miss diagnosed by the team doctors and he didn't even know he had a torn ligament in his throwing hand until 10 weeks after it happened after another doctor in Denver ordered a MRI on his hand.

The entire team was set up to fail. Kap has a right to be upset.

He does have a right to be upset, but let's be clear. The San Francisco 49ers use the Stanford medical as their team staff and they are considered to be some of the best in the world. They Mis diagnosed nothing. Colin wanted to play and eventually couldn't. Simple as that. We have the best Medical staff in the NFL

If the medical staff is the best there is don't you think the team would have had an MRI done on his hand like the next day? Not 10 weeks after the injury?
