Not gonna happen. First, the Rams are a foregone conclusion to move to L.A. That is happening - the owner owns the land and he the City are moving forward with the development. He holds enough clout (read - money) to pull a Modell if he had to but the NFL is going to support the Rams moving back. It makes too much financial sense for everyone involved and it requires almost nothing in terms of public financing.

The Rams do not need a partner to build or finance. They don't want a partner - they want market exclusivity for at least a couple of years.

If the NFL forces a partner on the Rams as a condition to approving the move, who cares? It'll be either the Raiders or the Chargers, not both. But in either case, the 49ers are not moving to the AFC West.

So the Cawks go to the AFC west and then we get Niners - Cawks Super Bowl?

The nfl wouldn't break up the seahawks niner rivalry.

Anything can happen but just as sure as I don't do man bags we ain't moving to the AFC! We've represented the NFCW six times in the Super Bowl winning 5! Too much history and legacy here. This is our division and we staying just as DAL is still and NFCE team yet their geography is more to the South. Geographically CAR should be NFCE and DAL NFCS but they're too storied to move. Same goes for SF
