You know what's crazy? Pendergast spent one year at SC and had that defense playing better than any SC defense has played in the past five maybe SIX years. And did it with only two assistants. This guy is money. The only reason (I feel) he didn't stay as a DC in college is because it was a known fact that he did NOT like to recruit.

They may be hesitant to have another big press conference! The last one wasn't exactly soothing...LOL!


I've read somewhere that they intend to just anounce each new guy via press releases, which is much safer...no questions! A smart move in my estimation.

Pretty sure this comment by Logan was rooted in the belief that it doesn't matter how well you throw if you are already on your back. From that point of view, I agree.

Yeah...people who think badly of Logan based on that quote are really missing the point.

In the interview he gave AFTER he was hired he said his 1st and 2nd most important attributes of a QB were Accuracy and Decision making. He is tho a HUGE fan of mobile QBs.
