Harbaugh had a really good college staff. He assembled a good college staff. He recruited good kids. But, he blew it in the NFL... not on the defensive side of the field... but offensively, offensive staff wise, and managing his relationship with his FO. He failed in that regard.

You don't see his brother blowing off ownership or the GM. You don't see ANY long term HC's doing this... EVER.

Walsh may have had spats with ownership, but nothing on the level of telling Policy or Eddy D to go pound sand if his staff wasn't cutting it.

We should not be rebuilding, but it seems like York/Baalke wants to rebuild the team from scratch.

All the hate for Harbaugh now that he is gone! I personally loved his coaching style. I was surprise with how we competed this year with all our injuries. I also really think we would be in the playoffs if V.Davis, A. Davis and Crabtree weren't such disappointments.

They were all in the lineup sucking! I supposed being money hungry, lazy, overrated , and scared are all Harbaughs fault also? Anyway they are still here. Probably Baalke guys...one of them promised he'll be in camp to practice or something cheesy and stupid like that. What an idiot! Trying to makeup for his crappy job. Lol
