His quote was "they played better in all three phases". Pretty dry, pretty basic cookie cutter answer. Unless theres another part of the interview they didnt show, he didnt call out the defense.

Still looking cool in those beats. Why wear them and Dick doesn't?
TBH is Kap even that much better than RG3? Maybe just a little which is completely embarrassing.
the seahawks just bill cosby'd us

The seasons done. Good news is Lynch, Aldon...bowman and wills heathy next year, lots to look forward too, hopefully a retooled offense. Just not the Niners year.

Brother I could kiss you and hug you because this is why I am as excited as ever. I wish Jim had let Baalke and Paraag move on trading Brooks and his salary because we are going to smash fools next year with Aldon Aaron Bowman and Willis next year with Borland on deck. We have an elite LB corps and once we get back Ian and Dorsey we will punish teams defensively. I want to keep Cully and maybe Cox if possible. Defensively we can be lights out. Now we just have to field a competent offense and we can put a ton of draft capital into that side of the ball this spring

I hope that's all he said because if he criticized the defense specifically .... What a mistake, IMO

Just turned off the TV. Not worth watching anymore. I say again, I'm so disgusted with our offensive game plan. I curious to hear the QB excuses this week. How many of you will be giving a pass to the coaching staff this time? Our offensive gameplan continues to get out -flanked EVERY FUKKING WEEK How much longer will people hold that against Kaep? No "no huddle" game plan at all. It should be clear to all by now that JH and Roman are trying to make Kaep into what he's not. The defense played well enough to win - yet again. No huddle offense NOT in the playbook? REALLY? JH and Roman aren't holding back plays; they don't have them. I'm totally convinced now that JH & Roman has a philosophy that that don't fit with Kaep's skill-set.

KAP DOESNT HAVE A PRO SKILL-SET. Watch and see.
Ok, well who's job is it to coach him? Coaches coach, and players play. It's the job of the coach to make sure that the players are prepared to play. That means developing a game pan that suites the players, not the coaches. JH and Roman have a philosophy that fit them, but not the talent they have. Anyone putting this all on Kaep don't know football and aren't REALLY watching the game. I'm tired of hearing this!! Kaep has his flaws, but this coaching staff hasn't put this team, much less Kaep, in the best position to win. Kaep is a QB and HE WILL throw INT's - get over it and accept it. Why? Because that's what QB's do.

The problem is that 49er fans, myself included, are just spoiled. We're use to excellent QB play, so when we loose it must be the QB's fault. If Kaep is that bad them I still blame the coaches - and GM - because they drafted him and gave him the big contract.

To me, Jh & Co. have over-coached Kaep, and the offense. They over-compensate for flaws before teams prove they can exploit them first. Our season is done., and I blame JH and Roman.

When is everyone gonna start looking at the reality that it is more than just the coaches????? They are part of the problem but Kaep holds the ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He makes the decisions on each play. I dont get it. This game was mainly on Kaep!!!!! Did the coaches tell him "yea if nothing is open throw to Sherman"?

Come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess game plan and play-calling means nothing. Hey, why don't we go back to the days of Bart Star and Johnny U. and just let the QB call their own plays. After all, who needs coaches

Yeah, that's why we lost
Jim will stay unless TB thinks his offense won't improve but either way we need to get really serious about running an offense and building it around Kap the spread and read option if we are going to keep Kap as QB. We also need speed at WR. Keep Boldin and Stevie but the others got to be upgraded with some younger speedier models. We've been figured out right now.
