I don't believe we've ever lost to Jay Cutler...

2006 win vs. Broncos (that prevented Broncos from making playoffs). Was a night game.

2010 win vs. Bear where Cutler threw 5 INTs (10-6 final score). That was also a night game.

I think they will play, maybe not 100% but they'll play.

I don't think Marshall will finish the game and don't think Jeffery will play at all.
I doubt Marshall and Jeffrey play

My guess is Culliver will pass the concussion test and start opposite of Cox along with Ward in the slot, Cook should be active too.
I started on this when the cowboys game coaches film wasn't available yet, but I watched the coaches film from the Bears-Bills and here's what I saw on film and think we should expect on Sunday:

1. The Bears do have a good RB in Forte, but they don't look to use him as a playmaker or difference maker in a game. They look to use him to set up their pass plays. Whereas we use our passing game to set up the run game. They will come back to the run game from time to time, but they aren't looking to hit that home-run or to build long drives off of their run game. They're trying to create 1-1 matchups with their big wideouts.
So they'll run several times, trying to get a team into a cover 3 or cover 1 look with only one safety, then try and hit deep comeback routes or corner routes.

What this means is that Cutler has to take 5-7 step drops on a lot of his passes. So, look for our OLB to be more aggressive in upfield movement. This is where Brooks does excel, he's not great on short drop pressures, but on deeper drops he does well. Look for us to also play some trap defense with our safeties. They're not afraid to keep TE's in to block to allow their big WR's to get farther downfield. So, I might expect more blitz pressures than we saw against Dallas.

Chicago's biggest weakness on offense is it's O-line. This is how the Bills were able to beat them. They kept trying to go for chunk plays deeper down the field, but Cutler rarely had time in the pocket to operate. They're a little undersized and a little slow off the ball, I expect our D-line to be able to handle them in both the run and pass game. If they rack up as many yards on the ground against us as Dallas did I would be shocked. Dallas had a really good line and ran more than they normally do.

On the other side of the ball, I look for us to run a lot of play action passes from the read option. The way Chicago played the Bills in the aspect of the game was very aggressive. They would often bring the free safety down on the LOS and he was responsible for the QB on the read option. They would slant the D-line hard towards the strong side to take away the RB and then put a fast free safety on the QB. WIth our receivers, this would create a lot of space to work with and to operate. I expect to take a shot with either Crabtree or Davis out of the pistol off Play action in the 2nd half - depending on the score. Maybe even in the 2nd quarter. Also, I see us utilizing more 2 TE sets than we did last week to maximize our run game against Chicago's LB's. Chicago has some physical LB's that will attack the LOS hard. This will make it tougher to run out of a standard 2 WR 2 RB set.

The only rape that Kap will be guilty of is when he rapes the Bears defense. There will be no need for an investigation or to call TMZ. Kap will admit at the press conference, "Yeah, I did it. They were asking for it."

Damn Right!!

I hope Dawson will be there at Levi's stadium every day after 5pm practicing his FG kicks between now and the game on Sunday.
He's got to get used to the field surface, and the wind pattern that will likely be there at game time.
He's off to a shaky start this year, and must avoid going into an Akers-style downward slide.
