Yup, and to Chris Conte of all people.

INT intended to Crab was just a nice play by Fuller. Thought Kap could have pulled the trigger a little quicker.

2nd INT by Fuller was just a desperation throw by Kap, and there was no reason to be desperate down 1 point with plenty of time left.

His head just wasn't into it today. I don't know if the pressure of performing at a high level for the stadium opening got to him, but he was totally out of whack. I haven't seen such poor footwork from him since the 2011 pre-season.

The only somewhat positive that can be taken out of this letdown, is we where minus 4 in turnover, had almost 120 yards in penalties and still where throwing into the endZone with a minute to go with a chance to tie the game. What I described above usually results in a 20+ point loss.

How can we manufacture enough pass rush to help out our secondary and survive 7 more games without Aldon Smith: that is the key question for Fangio.
Aside from Justin, we don't seem to have any real pass rushing threat right now.
Maybe Vic has to come up with some creative, well-timed blitzes as a temporary solution.

Pointless, if we sack the QB we end up with a penalty.

Where was Vance McDonald? Why wasn't he used instead of that Carrier dude?? Carrier made a couple nice plays but why wasn't Vance Mac used after VD left?

This is true. We're a very good football team. Tough to beat when the turnover battle is close, but like any team, we will lose when we're -4 in that department.

Quite honestly we should have won this game by 10 points minimum, especially after opening 17-0. Very disappointing.

Yea, this game stings like a b***h. I think if the hold call wouldn't have been thrown on the gore 50 yard td or we could have punched it in on the first drive in the second have the outcome would have been different.

90% of the calls against us were legitimate calls... Maybe one or two are questionable but the rest was pure undisciplined play on our part

We had the game in complete control but we kept shooting ourselves in the foot. I posted at halftime that we should be up by 24+. We suddenly went straight into the gutter and couldn't find our way out.

There were some that were legit but there were some that were ridiculous, the "hold" by Boldin on gores td run being one of them
