Time is a funny concept, I still remember watching Path to the Draft on NFL Network doing homework hoping we'd take him anytime I'd see a mock draft. Still remember being so pumped when he actually drafted him. So very deserved!

About damn time.
Pretty shocking that Antonio Gates didn't get elected in his first year of eligibility. Also surprising that coach candidate Buddy Parker (Lions 50s head coach) and senior candidate WR Art Powell didn't get the 80% of votes required. In recent years these nominees have been basically automatically approved.

Now we just need the senior committee to get Roger Craig in.
Probably should have another 1 or 2 dynasty players in, too, but not sure who. Sapolu, maybe? Unlikely. They seem to be reluctant to put in as many 80s/90s Niners after over doing it on 60s Packers and 70s Steelers & 70s Cowboys.
