Nope if we're 11-4 heading into the last game Arizona will already be eliminated

Tie will move to head to head. and then division record. no matter what happens if we win in ATL theres no way AZ can get in.

As many have already said we need one win and we are in.
Here's where it gets interesting though, the Cards are still in with a chance if we lose to Atlanta but they need to win out. Now this means they are going to Seattle with a shot of getting to the play-offs, they have something to play for and are in a more desperate situation than Seattle obviously. Now it's not a likely scenario, but they could go up there and play their guts out and shock Seattle.
That means we play on Monday night v Atlanta knowing that we have to win, thus focusing the team on delivering and making everyone even more mentally sharp. Hopefully we win then, knowing we don't want to go to Ari to a game where the winner makes the play-offs.
Now if we beat the Falcons it means we can go to Arizona knowing that they have nothing to play for beyond pride, but they're not going to be playing hard with their season over, in fact a loss might give them a better draft pick.
Meanwhile, Seattle have to play the Rams with the pressure to win to keep HFA and up against a team that causes them problems with Jeff Fisher fighting for his job....
There's our best case scenario. I hope Arizona wins, we take care of business with the Falcons, and then in the last week Seattle face a tricky opponent with added pressure and we go on the road to a team with no one to play for.
