There is a Bill Walsh quote about 4:58 that I thought was instructive.

Decisions that affect people's lives.

Decisions made in the real world affect people's lives.

Harbaugh made a decision that affected two people he liked and their lives.

That just can not be an easy thing to do.

Whether I agree or disagree with the choices made by these guys, I appreciate the difficultly of the work they do.
