These guys are acting like they're some hot s**t after squeaking out a win in which they did everything in their power to lose.
Really? You got an article? I'd like to read more.

I hope we surprise the heck out of them by focusing on Gore, James and Jenkins. Yes Jenkins. I have a feeling he will get more snaps in this game, and Atl will overlook him.

Roddy White still thinks that Nate Clements plays for the niners along with Taylor Mays. I didn't like it when Gore and Vernon use to say teams quit on them. However, now that Atlanta opened up a can, when they say it, it would be a symphony. Want to see Cully talk trash like how he did with Megatron. What was that he said again last year? Something to the tune of "quit complaining" ...

Yeah he'll get more snaps but the real question here is will he EVEN catch the ball???

Depends on the mental state of Crabtree, and Walker's ability to make catches.

I have been thinking about how the 49ers could lose this game, and I see Atlanta having a very difficult chore. They could stop CK from running, and still lose. They could stop Frank Gore and still lose. They could limit our passing game and still lose. Matt Ryan could have a good game and still lose. The 49ers have so many different ways to beat them, it is amazing. All we have to do is limit Atlanta's passing attack and we win. But I have thought of a scenario where Atlanta can win.
Keys to the Game:
1. Atlanta plays great red zone defense and forces the 49ers to kick field goals. 49ers are not a great red zone team, and we know about our kicking troubles. If the 49ers have trouble getting into the end zone, be worried.
2. Atlanta proves that they can run against our nickel defense, and forces the 49ers to play base 3-4. The 49ers are much more effective playing a one dimensional team. All of our losses had one thing in common - they had an effective rushing attack (not 100% sure about St Louis, but that was a weird game where we gave them 10 of their 13 points).
I can't see Atlanta stopping our offense in the middle of the field. We have too many different ways to beat them, but the red zone is where we have to be effective, and conceivably that is where we could lose. And if we see that they can't run against us (and I would expect us to insist that they prove that they can run against our nickel), then we have this game in the bag, since I can't see them beating us through the air when we are in consistent nickel.
