Yeah "so many poor" games and easily the worst starter.

He plays like a rookie. Alex Smith can't even hurt a decent defense when our RBs are averaging 8 yards a carry

He was a winning QB against Seattle when Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady weren't.

EDIT: He is crazy indecisive though. His worst quality by far. Not sure it's a comfort-level with the offense issue any more either.

Hard to not love the guy. He's been leaned on by this offense for years and hes never complained and always produced. Terrible thing is that he will probably be in pain for the rest of his life for all the beating he's received.

It was a W against a 4-2 team in a division game. That's a good win no matter how it hapened

I didn't back track or "stir the pot". I just acknowledged that my mood might have caused me to be overly harsh towards Aldon's bizarre comments. He probably didn't mean it in the way it sounded.

Overall, what I saw was the 49er defense starting to get some swag going. I hadn't truly seen that yet. So that is a very good thing.

im assuming youre referring to alexs play but we won a hard fought game against a really good division team to take the lead i see no real reason to be upset..and yes i did watch the entire game he played ok and it could be better but ill take the W and not complain about everything and be negative thank you

Not sticking up for him because he missed throws and made a dumb rookie mistake but Seattle's secondary is probably the best in the league. Plus they were holding a lot and got away with it. That being said I am a supporter but he is dang near making me lose my confidence. I don't know if Kap would last long though... he's taking some wicked hits, he keeps it way too much instead of handing it off plus he could have easily had 3 ints on about 5 passes this year. We would have to start playing a different style imo. I think we would have more turnovers and we'd probably start playing less ball control. I'd bet he would go deep a lot. For better or worse.

randy moss ran completely wide open in the back of the endzone and alex couldn't see him
