Looks pretty good... and likely. Few nitpicks...
- Not sure Colin Jones makes it over Mike Thomas
- Not sure I'd trust Reuland to clear waivers (maybe bump off Cartwright to make room?)
- really starting to like Tyms over Palmer for the ps
- no Cam Johnson at least on the ps? (or ya think someone else snags him?)
- sure hope Ian W can slip waivers too

Looks good, and is probably realistic.
I would do the following.
Drop Tukufua- The team needs a run stuffy NT, Ian Willaims is the best purse NT of the back up. RJF, Dobbs can back up the 3-4 DE spots, Ian Williams is back up NT. I think Tukufua would be eligible for PS also. Just my opinion, Tukufua has not stood out to me this pre season.
I would keep Konrad Rheuland. I think he is the future #2 TE, why risk losing him. I would cut Kyle Williams to make room for Rheuland. Harbaugh is a TE not WR happy coach, Rheuland is needed.

Not so sure I agree with having Rock Cartwright on the 53 man roster. I think LaMichael James will be the speedy break away RB. Who is gonna be your backup Center? Just in case anything happens to Goodwin. Overall a really good job Pat.
My take on the 49ers 53 man roster

Really starting to like this DL idea. RJF can do a bit of NT anchoring and DE penetrating, but it may be best to get him down to 290-ish and keep him as a DE. He shows a nice burst and ability to get after the QB from the DE spot. Ian really looks worth keeping, and is as you say, more of a NT plugger. Tukuafu is not a bad DL, but I struggle to see making room on the 53 for him. I don't want us losing RJF, so I hope we have an extension planned out for him later.

Realistic.
I feel they keep IWillaims and send Tukufua to PS.

Believe me, I know. I love watching # 43 running down returners. But.. if he really is as 1-dimensional as he seems to be? I don't know about keeping him over some other, more useful player. I'm sure we have other options that can sprint downfield in a hurry to do a close enough efficient job that Jones can do.

LMJ has shown nothing thus far to prove he can be an immediate impact, nor is ready/caught up with the speed of an NFL game (kid needs a year to get things together). -Looking at how limited/green/inexperienced we are at PR/KR, Rock is a 'lock' (specially with all the injury scares we could see at RB this year).
