The More I see of Harbaugh in media situations, the more I see a guy that does not want to give the media ANYTHING to latch on. Anything. Whereas other HCs try to cowtow or kiss arse with the media. Harbaugh has obvious contempt for the media. Although Walsh was never this stand offish, I don't care that he doesn't give the media anything. He keeps his genius within the team. He laid into MM about being Captain Obvious. I'd rather have a coach that pisses the media off than some douche like Rex Ryan. If your coach's hardest part is the media dog and pony show after a win, you're on your way. YOU GOT DATA

Yeah, I don't mind that he plays it close to the vest, but he seems like a pretty charismatic guy and a good speaker so I wish he would open up a bit more. I say this just as a fan.

Im glad he doesnt say s**t to em.most of em act as if u owe em somethin.

I really hate "coachspeak"anyway.nuthin but a buncha talkin loud and sayin nothin.glad coach doesnt do that much too.

he lets in certain media and others he just keeps at bay. not the 'get the f**k away from me' at bay but the type that after having a good chat, laugh and talking session with you walk away knowing he hasnt said anything you yourself wouldnt have known or come to that conclusion.

but the one thing does do is he has them all listening to every word he has to say.

First look I didn't like the title of this thread. Cracks corn?

On second look, I think maybe this is a bit closer to being profound??

Harbaugh doesn't like the media (at all?). That is not a profound statement but....................

What if Harbaugh, with his near famous disdain for the media. Shut down any talk of a QB controversy before it started, not so much because the #1 is so far ahead of the #2. But more for his dislike of the media, that would have a field day exploiting and stirring the pot of a QB starting controversy
If true, and a QB backup controversy starts a little brewing due to awesome play by the #3 QB, you then shut that down with by saying the #2 is #2??
