I don't think it's even up to him. It's against the rules for the rules for any rookie who's school hasn't had graduation to practice in OTAs. I'm thinking only the rookie mini camp is allowed. So I am sure if it was up to the guys they would be practicing but we would get fined or punished for it somehow.

Btw I thought alex worked on his mechanics, his knee is still kinda straight up in these pics, maybe a tad more loose than before.
