So I guess you all think we're gonna cut out backup punt returner. Harbaugh basically spelt it out that he's gonna be on the team, some people are just blinded by hate.

I could see him working his a$$ off, showing tons of imporovement and taking the #1 return job over and us letting Ted G go. I just think Kyle has too much upside to let him go

Last year.... Smith is our qb....
Everyone hated it.... Smith was our qb.
This year... Smith is our qb...
Regardless of the manning talks.... Smith is our qb.
This year... We have a good backup returner in KW

You know the more I think about Kyle the more I feel like a piece of s**t for hating on him. This kid already had to feel terrible and then to have fans turn on him like this is just plain f**ked up.
In reality he was trying to make a big play for us the fans. He was trying to give us a win that we so sorely wanted. s**t happened and unfortunately he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and caught the brunt of the backlash.
The saddest part is that instead of rallying behind him, and standing by him when the whole world turned on him, we joined the enemy and ripped on our own guy.
I was a part of that but regret it deeply. We all make mistakes and we all f**k up. How bad would it suck if you f**ked up and everybody called you out on it as expected, but then your own friends poured salt in the wounds and joined in on making you feel worse? That is kind of what happened to him and it really is sad.
I just feel kinda bad for him.

Sorry for not rallying behind the guy that cost us a trip to the Superbowl

sincal, with all the WRs in camp, it is gonna be tough for a WR to make a 49er squad that couldn't suit up 3 WRs near end of season. Do you suppose Coach may keep an extra WR this yr, just in case? If so, that is probably where kyle makes it. But that is just supposition.

The first fumble is what DESTROYED us. Anybody who has ever played football at any level knows that if you are not going to return a punt, you move out of the way!!!!!
