well, jreff, but i like the idea of having that many guys here, and bet your bottom $$ that Baalke or Coach have seen all these guys. Hey, i liked our draft, but i just feel Coach still has college connections and there are a couple guys out there that have a shot. Not likely, but it sure would be nice if we picked one or two that really turned heads. I have zero knowledge of any of these guys, including Oswuso(sp?), but the way B& H do things, somebody is gonna stick. I would love it to be a WR.

I have kept a 25+ year old record intact of never correctly identifying a 49er draft pick! Wrong as ever, I stand completely perfect in my failure! I did however correctly predict the most of positions, but not the rounds taken. I had this draft as 1st TE, 2nd RB, 3rd WR, 4th Guard, then the remaining rounds for depth on defense, just about nailed it, just completely missed on all the actual names of said players!

As for UDFA camp fodder...like the names, don't like their chances, this team is deep!

I did successfully have Cam Johnson in my mock. The problem though, is that I had the team selecting him in the 2nd round .

Good thing im not running this show !

well he had top 75 talent, the Sickle Cell just freaked every GM out(Except ours ) and his noticeable inconsistent play as well. Had you been privy to the medical knowledge I'm sure you would've still put him in the 7th for pure late-round flier purposes, especially since we play at sea level elevation for all 8 of our divisional games. Denver is pretty much the only place he cant play in, which goes to show how badly every GM overreacted to his condition. Ryan Clark almost died because he was going 100% and hustling and had no prior knowledge of the illness, if you know the player has it all you have to do is keep out of strenuous behavior in high elevations and they are completely okay.

Props to you Pasodoc, there weren't many draft predictions from Webzoners that came true this year.

Well, I had four correct 1st round picks and 7 correct position picks. Not exactly a steller performance for my first attempt at a mock contest! But that's about par for the course! LOL...never had a crystal ball!

I think you may be correct Paso--a few surprises may in store when the final cuts are made.

How dare u suggest that I didn't know the 2-time Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year would be moved to FB?! Everyone knew that was going to happen. Lol.

But no, I think Baalke/Harbaugh/Scouts were the only ones that thought about it and knew it would work. I was actually pretty adamant about keeping him on the D side of the ball. But hey it worked and I'm excited just to have him on the team.
