We can't let the bears beat us

The 84 and 89 teams are the best we had. Walsh even felt the 84 team was the best he put together. Many forget the 84 team we went 15-1 and only lost due to a last minute field goal by Pittsburgh. Back than The Dolphins, Bears and Giants got all the press the Dolphins because of thier offense, the Bears because of Ditka and the Giants because of LT, Parcells and being in NY.

The irony is we had the #1 ranked defense and #2 ranked offense (Miami was #1) in the NFL very good special teams and an Offense that was very balanced and damn near unstoppable (scored 30 or more points in 10 games not including the SB). The Dolphins were picked to beat us in the SB. As history shows we absolutley destroyed them. The Dolphins had not seen a defense or the defensive packages like ours.

84 was probably the most dominant but if we are talking about flat out best team ever you cannot include a 49er team that is missing the GOAT. 89 would have been even better if Walsh was coaching.
