Stephen Hill WR Georgia Tech

The guy measured in at 6 ft 4. Ran a official 4.36 on his 40. While at GT He only had like 28 catches last year (remember they run the triple option) but had a freakish 29.3 yards per catch! He is viewed to be a very raw talent but he has size speed and said he likes to run block. He is the guy i want in this years draft. Hes projected early to mid 2nd after the combine but I am fine with either trading back a bit or reaching for him at pick 30. What do you guys think and did anyone else see a player that caught their eye?
