Potentially losing Roman...

With the talk of Roman as being a Penn State finalist (filled) and with several NFL and College HC jobs still open, what is the thinking of the impact on the offense (ok, Alex) if they lose Roman? My thoughts are: -Roman calls the plays, but it is within Harbaugh's system (ergo not much changes) -Harbaugh inserts plays from insight from all of his coordinators, not just Roman -Harbaugh is not likely to hire someone that doesn't see his vision (ie. a retread OC from another team with a name) -Harbaugh has, and would definitely retain, veto authority on play calling That said, i don't see an issue, though it would make 8 coordinators in 8 seasons for AS. I just don't see THIS potential change as that major. Thoughts?

I have a feeling our coaching staff will be raided, but I trust in Harbaugh. I don't have to worry about losing an OC with Harbaugh as the HC.

I heard a rumor on ESPN yesterday that made sense. Greg Roman going to Indianapolis, they draft A. Luck.....Roman was his OC at Stanford. I hope it doesn't happen, but if I was Indy I would jump all over that.

Everything turns around Harbaugh. If we lose Roman I'm sure Coach has a little black book with numbers.

A. You are suffering from Down Syndrome (in that case, way to go!)
B. You are angry over just discovering your significant other in a compromising situation
C. You're comprehension level equals that of what was described in A.

Beyond that, what was the point of your reply exactly?

Point is that theres nothing you or anyone can do if he decides to leave and you already said it doesn't make a difference

it was hard before when we cycled through offensive coordinators with a defensive minded coach... but now that's not really a problem. If we lose him we should grab Hue Jackson
