Hats off to the referee's crew. They are only talked about when they make mistakes so i thought about giving their dues. They called a great game. Before the game i thought penalties would give us problems, especially goofy roughing the passer against Brees. It didn't happen. Even when Aldon took Brees down just after a pass (that was close) in the 4th (i think) or the near face mask (5 yards not 15 yards) when T Brown had that beautiful accrobatic move upside down to deflect a pass in the fourth QTR (he almost grabbed it but release it immediately, you could see on one of the replays the side judge with his hand on the yellow flag but he didn't throw it) I think there was no PI on the first drive but that's one missed call in the entire game... much less than the mistakes the players commited on both sides This could be the superbowl crew.
