Staley downfield reminded me of Dave Fiore trucking down field on that long Garrison Hearst run about a decade ago!

Really love Kyle Williams. Dude is a monster on those crackback blocks.
I'm hoping he shines in next pre-season and is starting/incorporated more into the offense next year.

That's why Joe Staley is the self proclaimed sexiest offensive lineman in the NFL.

It was TOO good. If alex doesn't score, we run down the clock and kick a fg. I liked the alternate ending better though

this. I couldn't believe the play call
That's why I love this coaching staff. You never know what's coming next. Nothing is off the table.

What a block by Staley. I never thought he was that fast.

Play call was so awesome, 3rd and 7 we hardly ever convert, saints were expecting our usual, a dropped pass by crabtree. BTW Staley is fast as hell

There's a lot of potential there. Best of all, he's a nasty little fellow, a trait that I like in a receiver.

No doubt. No rewrites were necessary for that ending.

there is no better way that niners could have said f*** you to sean payton/gregg williams and their post season blitzes, using the blitz against them

I think we did it the exact right way. If Smith doesn't score, the Saints take a timeout before 1st down, two minute warning on 2nd down. Then after 3rd, on 4th down there's about 1:15 left. Anything can happen on a FG!
The Saints scored a TD in somelithing like 40 seconds. It's better to take a TD lead with 2 minutes to go, than a FG lead with 1:15 against a team like the Saints, in my opinion!
