All you guys at the game today better make this stadium the loudest it's ever been when the saints are on offense if we're gonna win this game. I'm a long time niners fan and i live on the east coast, And the big knock on the niners around here is the fan's are bunch of the cheese and wine type who could care less about the game, Some times I wonder when I watch them play dallas this year and the crowd is louder for the Cowboys and not the Niners at home. PUT DOWN THE WINE AND CHEESE TODAY MAKE IT MISERABLE FOR THE SAINTS OFFENSE!!!!!

Quit bashing your own teams fans! 49er fans are just as dedicated, loyal, faithful, etc. as any other cities fans. I've been going to games since the mid 80s and the culture, environment and fan base has become younger and more culture diverse. Back in the day there were more old white fogies and now there's more blacks, asians, mexicans, and everyone's younger, wilder, crazier than ever!

Well my friend, i've been watching Niner games on TV since 97

and can never recall an announcer addressing the crowd noise as a factor (unless we're talking about Cowboy fans at the Stick'

), nor have i noticed it myself. That being said brother, i hope you're right about the culture changing with the fans being more diverse. I would love to be wrong... and a moron in this case.

2. We have a huge "Veteran" (old people) Season Tickets holder base (20 - 30 years). I mean old, at the MNF game I had an old guy in front of me, he couldn't hear the game so he listened to the radio while at the game, and when everyone was standing, he would stand, but then seemed to get tired and would sit and listen to his radio. By the way, the radio was about 50 years old...

3. Our fans start to make noise to late when the visiting team is on offense. We tend to start yelling when they get to the line, instead of when the QB is getting the play in from the sideline... 12th man Game Foul. (Another huge Home Game Foul are the people that wear WHITE JERSEY'S. @ home we wear RED)

4. What's great about this game is the tickets were sold out before we even knew we were playing the Aints. So we should have the Best Red Out we've had in a decade....

I didn't know that. I wore my white gore and crabtree jerseys once to a game. Oh wellz, now i know.
