Not going to happen. They are being well paid to do what they do.

LOL, nobody's giving Fangio a head coaching job. He's been around forever and after all the defensive coaches that have been s**t-canned(Del Rio, Nolan...etc), teams aren't too eager to hire defense specific guys. Spagnuolo is absolutely on his way out in St. Louis. Roman won't go anywhere because he's attached to the hip with Harbaugh, teams won't be convinced that he can do anything without Jimmy.

I'm not worried about losing Baalke at this point.
As I said before, don't worry about losing guys like Fangio and Roman, worry about losing guys like Leavitt, Donatell, Tomsula and Seely.

If we win the superbowl, our coordinators will be "flavors of the month" and teams hungry for success will sign our coordinators in the hope their winning ways and habits that won them the big game will rub off on their team...
It seems to work that way, the coordinators become hot commoditys and teams around the league scatter to sign them ..how did Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel work out as head coaches ???

The only one I can see getting offers is Roman. There are too many college openings, many on the west coast. NFL, not quite, but I can see Roman taking a college HC job. Fangio is a DC. I can't think of a singe one who never was a HC who suddenly get a HC job after 30 years.

I could see Roman leaving to take a college head coaching position. I think 49ers will have more competition from the college ranks than the pro's. Fangio isn't going anywhere but Leavitt is a possibility to take another college head coaching position and it could be a situation where Roman ends up heading to take over for a coach that departs, at a place like Boise, ASU, Houston or a few other possibilities. Hell, even the Penn State job could be a possibility with enough money backing it up. Penn State will have to overpay like a motherf**ker to get anyone semi-respectable to take over that mess.
As far as Roman leaving, I'm the least concerned about him and Harbaugh will ensure system continuity. 49ers could even bring back Marc Trestman who has had tremendous success in the NFL, undeniable success and has gotten the most performance out of his quarterbacks yet somehow he's been made the scapegoat on a couple occasions including with the 49ers. Norv...will also be out there of course and I think him and Harbaugh could settle on a common offensive philosophy.
This team could stand to improve even more should Roman take off I think.

Fangio - been around a long time. If no one was interested then, they won't be anymore interested now. They will look at the Defense he is coaching and look at the Pro Bowl players/potential he inherited.
Roman - Too green. 1st year OC.... maybe in a year or 2.
Seely - Don't get me wrong he's amazing but who hires ST coaches as head coaches?
The ones I would be concerned about would be Jim Tomsula for a DC job & Baalke for a President of Football Ops job.
John Harbaugh was a ST coach
and theres no way I could see Baalke leaving

Yeah, for better or worse Baalke is now attached to the hip with Harbaugh. Each one's performance will directly reflect upon the other. They have a shared fate at this point.
John Harbaugh was a ST coach, but he was climbing the ladder, moving from college program to program, finally ending up as special teams coach and then defensive backs coach with Eagles. He never got any serious head coaching interest until he was moved to defensive backs coach, the reasoning is that teams simply don't hire ST coaches to run their entire team.
Seely has been in the NFL since the 80s and has ALWAYS been a special teams coach and I don't see that changing. He's technically an "assistant head coach" but he's a guy that has gone all this time without being offered a head coaching position and I really don't expect it to happen now.
Hell, Seely was with the Patriots for almost 10 years, he was the special teams coach for ALL of their Superbowl wins and was never offered a higher position during that time, when you consider how successful those special teams units were, its clear that the guy has reached his ceiling, yet there's nothing wrong with that, this year is further proof that he's the best damn special teams coach in the NFL, period.
