Why is Morran Norris still on the roster?

we have to have a backup fb. miller has been working out but if he gets hurt what are we supposed to do? put delaine walker at FB? that might work in madden, but not in real life!

Walker would be excellent at FB. However I think the team wants to keep some depth around regardless. We love using odd formations. I expect us to go all out looking for more guys like Miller/Walker next draft.

I would rather use the spot for an experienced backup QB and put the 3rd stringer on the practice squad, if he won't get swiped up, or we can carry 4. If Alex gets injured, Kaep is nowhere near ready for the NFL IMO.

Dixon maybe? Wouldn't take long to find someone on the streets. I wouldn't mind using his roster spot for a 3rd/4th WR. We missed the trade deadline so probably too late. We don't use Kyle Williams anyways...
Cowboys got Laurant Robinson and he is doing really well for him. Just thinking out loud. Would have been nice to upgrade the position with Morgan out.

there really isn't anyone out there though. i like kaep's chances starting than someone with the skill level and experience of a kyle boller or josh mccown

Wepay for him even if we release him and we need a back up option in case Miller gets hurt.

he's been injured. Miller has improved, but FB is an important position on this team and Norris did beat out Miller, and with all the different packages we use when Norris is healthy he will probably have a role in a new jumbo look.
