Leaf had an ego the size of Texas...he was destined to fail.

Yeah his ego was bigger than his ability to play on a team!

Look before Coach Harbaugh got here, even Tom Brady on his best day would have looked like chopped liver. And THAT is how bad our coaching has been the last 8 yrs.

It's more Harbaugh. He made Alex Smith look decent and he never did before. He also is the one who built up all of Andrew Luck's mechanics. Even though he's not there anymore (Stanford) he built Luck. And the job he did with Josh Johnson is amazing. For a guy from his level to even make the pros is incredible. There is tons of Harbaugh involved in that one too.

Harbaugh, but I wouldn't be opposed to both.

Unless that comes from a trade i'd say Coach.

Pretty much. Just imagine Luck playing with Nolan as HC.

Is this the thread where we talk about Andrew Luck saying "it doesn't matter who tries to draft him, because he will only play for his former coach???"

Gotta go with the coach over the player. For all we know, Alex Smith could've been what Andrew Luck should be in the future.
