Easily?? The Saints, the Packers, the Falcons, Detroit, heck even the Redskins are playing well this year. Although more power teams reside in the AFC, the NFC ain't a cakewalk either...

Don't hate the Raiders at all. If Carson plays like he did more than two years ago, they're a team that has all the pieces for a SB run. The Niners don't.
That said, IMO the Niners have the better coaching . . . so far.
Niners have a better defense. The running games are a wash, both are good. Specials teams are also about the same. Coaching is good on both sides also. QB on both are tbd on both sides. I don't know how they have all the pieces and we don't.
They have better receivers. Defensively, their secondaries are better but our front 7 is WAY more dominant than theirs. And depending on how Palmer plays, their QB.

Raiders do not have depth.
Take away DMC and they are done.
Their secondary is a joke
the raiders suck. period

Niners.
Carson hasn't been a quality QB for quite sometime and has minimal excuses not to be. Always had competent receivers, good ground game, and decent defense. 2 great years to start off his career, and then really only one above average year since. He is basically a less athletic version of Alex with a bigger arm to put up stats, he needs everything to go right in a game for him to be successful but he can't put a team on his back and take over a game like the elites of the league.
I'll take Alex/CK/whoever + 2012 draft picks to win a superbowl first over Carson + no picks in the first 3 rounds of next years draft.

it would be awesome if, after all that drama in the preseason, there was a niners/raiders super bowl.

The defense would smoosh DMC into a sandwich, dip him in au jus sauce and then eat him.

A niner raider superbowl would be awesome! The fear factor of playing brady would be non existent! But in order to be the best ya have to beat the best

Palmer is overrated. He's still a good Qb and should improve them, but he's no where near as good as people want to think he is. With teams like The Pats and Ravens I don't see a Super Bowl for them anytime soon.
