There would be no reason to redact a former coaches name from a piece like this. He clearly is trying to push his narrative and make it appear he has credibility by using this maginary former coach

It's crazy honestly. I agree this isn't a top secret report. If someone wants to hype up a player and they're a former NFL coach there is nothing to fear. What a joke.

I wish someone would call him out on that with some clout behind them but nobody really cares about him enough to even challenge him. I'd love his own paper to hold him accountable but they won't.

Seriously. Can we petition to get rid of Cohn's articles being posted on here? I'm all for different opinions but his work is just toxic and displays everything that is wrong with current click-bait media.

Grant has said some things that other media members with rose-colored glasses have not even tried to touch upon which is his only positive. Problem is he has almost no integrity, consistently writes nonsense/click-bait articles, displays zero football knowledge and writes horrendous evaluations on players and coaches far too often.

His competition was the lame Glenn Dickey, whose advice would've had Steve Young at QB and likely no '88, '89 SB Championships, and the great Ira Miller, whose too-infrequent articles weren't flamboyant enough for the paper.

Lowell was nearly useless as a football writer, but carried on during a tremendous amount of turmoil and turnover at the paper.

Grant, i.e., "follower", is just riding on the waves of nepotism as a useless but controversial pretend football writer.
