Agreed. I like what he potentialy offers in regard to size, but dude is very over rated on the zone, and I don't like the drops.

Damn, we have some good talent on offense. What impresses me the most is the variety of our talent. We have a NE-like waterbug in Williams, we have a Boldin-type player in Crabtree, we have a deep threat throw it up guy in Braylon and we have both types of reliable Tight Ends who can beat defenders and block.

We have both types of RB's and we have NT and OT that can catch.

That is what Baalke and JH were looking for. Athletes, not necessarily work out freaks-bin difference.

Braylon though, after this year, is out unless he comes cheap, they may find Seely wants to keep Ginn for ST and the niners may find getting Morgan back is more important. Plus I am pretty sure they will look for a receiver in the middle of the draft next year. Doubt they go FA and spend, this team is not built around the WR.

I think Ginn can be replaced by Williams as a returner.

..at least not now.

Truth is, there wasn't much choice going into this year. Edwards was the great hope but the rest of the guys were untested and unproven. Morgan was the best of the bunch based on past performance. The hope was to build around Gore and the running game and play good defense. The passing game has been the bonus prize so far this season. No one saw it coming.

Ginn is an awesome return man, but I'm sure KW can take care of those duties next season.

First off it's actually becoming relavant to start thinking about taking a W.R. early in the draft. OL is okay, RB's okay, QB okay(unless Alex leaves), DL is okay, LB's okay, secondary needs a little work. To me it is becoming clear that WR, just may be the weakest link on the team. At the same time, Crabtree and Alex finally may have gotten on the same page, and it was encouraging to see Williams play a Morgan type role. Those are defianlty positives, but one 100 yard game, doesn't prove anything. If these two continue to emerge then I agree mid draft would be key for a reveiver.

Second, most defiantly. You have to give a lot of credit to Harbaugh on that one. He's the first offensive minded HC we have had in a little while, and thus far every player on offense has benefitted to a degree. In the past our offenses just seemed dysfunctional, and not very well game planned. Harbaugh/Roman have set a blue print for this team that utilizes players strengths, and get's the most out of them.

Braylon's clearly still hurt and looks out of shape. Start Kyle please.

My expectations for how the coaches plan to use KW is the same way NE uses Welker..... quick and shifty weapon in the slot, and fearless in the middle, and a playmaker with the ball in his hands. He proved it in the pre-season, this dude plays with fire, kind of like steve smith.

Yeah we lost Morgan, but now the offense has a chance to become faster and more dynamic with KW.

Was thinking this.

super juiced for Kyle...it's been forever since we had a shifty-quick slot guy tearing it up underneath

no excuse.....
I hope yesterday was a sign of things to come. If we are gaining weapons this late in the season, we are in great shape.
He certainly opend some eyes yesterday. Another weapon to confuse teams who game plan against us. This guy hasn't even gotten startred yet, impressive to the least.

I thought he looked pretty good before the injury...........not so hot against the Cards though.

Gotta agree with others that Braylon probably isn't 100% yet.
