No, but back when Joe was traded to KC, Joe won a private lawsuit against Eddie D that if anybody was to wear the # again on the 49ers, it would only be 'entitled' to a young QB prospect with the initials "S.T.". -Sad thing is, Eddie D no longer owns the franchise, so the 'deal' is sort of in the water now.
