And coach Jim Harbaugh did the smart thing at running back, moving rookie Kendall Hunter behind Frank Gore. Wouldn't be surprised to see Hunter gain 800 yards this year, even if Gore stays healthy.

Yeah, that's bad info and poor journalism by King. Hence, the bolded.
Either way I see Gore and Hunter being a pretty lethal "1-2 punch" like Westbrook and Gore were supposed to be...now that Singletary is gone, I have good faith that it will work nicely this time around!
