Harbust...but don't think it'll get to that point. He'll be more successful than Erickson, Nolan and Singletary.

EDIT: I'll give Nolan a slight pass though since he took a 2-14 team and made it respectable. OTOH, DE had Garcia and TO in his first year of coaching and MS had more talent than MN and still couldn't get us a division win (put your faith in Troy Smith vs. Rams, cost both of them their jobs).
