Ill take my chances. He SUCKS
Such an eloquent contribution...
Care to elaborate?
I will.
He lacks agility. He wears giant shoulder pads that limit his ability to get his hands above his head. He completely whiffed on many lead blocks last year. He's not a good special teams player. He's 1 year older and slower.
Good enough?
My post really had little to do with Norris. I was hoping that a very juvenile sounding post had something more behind it than "he sucks."
As to Norris; I expect the 49ers to keep both Miller and Norris, and, of course, Dixon. Norris certainly has his limitations and he did not play all that well last season. However, I believe we can take that one pass to him last night, which was typical WCO, which he executed well, to indicate JH is expanding his role and raising expectations. If Norris can respond, he will stay the year. If not, as soon as Miller can get up to speed on reading and hitting the correct blocking target, Norris may find himself a mid-season cut. For now, I don't see him as a cut.
