Starting Lineups?

What lineup? We lost most of the starters. Not that they were great, but they were better than what we currently have.

A mixture of guys who we wanted out of here last year and rookie free agents. Ohh it's going to be awful. I guess someone should have let harbaugh know he will have to use these bums because they had there heads up there @sses during the start of free agency.

QB A. Smith- one more year.
RB A Dixon- bye Frank!
FB Moran Norris- probably Miller when he gets it together
TE V Davis- Going to be real tough for him being the only viable threat.
WRs Crabtree- who knows who will start if he cant return by week 1
Morgan- no one to compete with
OL
Staley SHould move to RT
Rachel FML
Wragge How is this the only guy they resigned?
Iupati Will shine on the worst line in the NFL
Davis Another long year but it will help him. Has a bright future.

DE Justin Smith Poor guy thought he was coming to the 9ers to win.
McDonald Hes going to get killed
DT Sopoaga- makes good money for a guy who isnt that good.

Haralson- I thought they were going to replace him. Now hes a "star" on this D
Gibson- Probably starts by default. Smith is not NFL ready but we all know this
TED Bowman- Hopefully hes ready, didnt show signs of it last year though.

Mike- Willis- hopefully he put those 10 lbs of muscle back on. He looked and played light in the @ss last year. Better not see him get knocked around by FBs again.

CBs Spencer- another guy I thought they would have replaced. makes good money to not be a big place guy.
Brown- time to take the diaper off

Safeties
Reggie Brown- Ugh
Mays- at least he has good coaching this year.

Wow thats awful. How can they really think they are building with this team. They were much better off cutting the loser and picking up some veteran FAs to short term contracts. Instead they shoved there heads up there @sses and decided this was good enough. Thanks

Niners went 6-10 last year, so it's pretty obvious that they did not have the most talented group of starters. But those starters were the best players on the team.

So I really don't see how losing 1/3 of their most talented players is going to make them a better team.

Making a bunch of back ups on that 6-10 team into starters sure doesn't seem like answer to me.

But I'm not worried, I have faith this coaching staff can fill the gaps with scheme, technique, x's o's, and technique.

Have you even seen the schedule or all the improvements the other teams in the division have made? They will not win 9 games with any team they Field.

What about Phillip Adams as a replacement to Nate? He showed promise as a corner last year even though it was preseason. I'd love to see him get a shot to start...and i'd love to see Dixon slowly replace Frank this year...kid looks like a stud!
