I am surprised we cut him. Kind of a low blow... he was at the facilities the other day on the Joe Show. He isn't a free agent until next year but he is 38. He's been our most reliable kicker since the mid 90s with Jeff Wilkins. Sad to see him go... he's had a lot of game winners for us. I wish him luck if he continues with football otherwise I hope he enjoys retirement.

My favorite moment will be when he walks out of the facility mad, and kicks Crabtree in his OTHER foot - and gives that lazy b---h a real reason to whine!

my favorite Nedney moment was when he was with the Titans and won the game for them by taking a dive to draw a running into the kicker penalty, and after the game, when asked about it, said something along the lines of, "I should win an Academy Award."

lol, such a dick! Awesome though. Nedney was a very good kicker for us. Sad to see him go.

He has been very consistent since signing with us, hope Akers can do the same. I can't believe Neney has been on the team 6 years it doesnt seem that long

he was always cool on the joe show regular poeple (non-fans) would not guess joe to be a kicker..i bet we see him as a t.v analyst or sideline reporter and reports during some tense game winning kicks or something like that or really just take his millions and free life time health insurance and fish all day at some lake with his family..fare winds and following seas
