Hey guys please don't turn this into an I hate Alex thread! Please don't hijack the thread, this was 10 events in our glorious past, let's revel in our glory years and not dwell on the negative. Let's enjoy what we once where and hopefully will become again!

he's not in any of the greatest moments, he never will be in any of the greatest moments, so let's leave the greatest moments to those who are just that......great.

We saw many great moments in the glory years but none of them can beat the catch in 82! By the way did you know that Joe Cool, the GOAT did not have a stellar game that day. I believe he had 3 or 4 turnovers, 3 INT's and 1 Fumble if I remember correctly? And Walsh totally outcoached Landry on the last drive by running the ball with our feared RB, Rickey Ricardo Patton! Dallas didn't believe we would run the ball and stayed in their Pass Defensive alignment! God I miss Walsh, Joe, Ronnie and Freddie Dean! We ruled the NFL and walked with a swagger we need to get back! Please Harbaugh bring it back!
I'm so jealous! There are so many great memories and so many great times! I wish i could have been at those games live!

Anyone seen this? Just ran across it the other day and it felt nice to relive some of these days of old. With the off-season as slow as it is now, gotta have something 49ers related to do.
thanx for postin one of my videos!

Alex Smith's ONLY touchdown pass in 2005. That was a monumental moment in 49er history.
fixed
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!! Garbage! And we are gonna see him for a 7th year.
I was at that game. Everyone was going crazy when he scored that first and only TD. Sadly, they did not realize his minimal TDs would be overshadowed by a plethora of interceptions, fumbles, overthrowing receivers, rolling out to the right and throwing it out of bounds, getting booed at a homegame, and countless loses. To think he may be back for another year makes me lose hope in our beloved 49ers.

I have to give honorable mention to Gary Plummer decking Derrick Holmes of the Bills at the goal line which knocked the ball loose and Lee Woodall scooped up the ball and took it 96 yards the other way for a TD.

Plummer =
And I love the Steve Young run...especially when Tom Rathman whiffs on his block! Not one of Rathman's pinnacle moments for the legendary fullback.
